MEPCO Project Management Consultant Jobs 2026 – Expression of Interest
Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) has invited Expressions of Interest for consulting services for the Power Distribution Strengthening Project in Pakistan. This project is being financed through a loan provided by the Asian Development Bank. MEPCO is looking for eligible and experienced consulting firms to work as Project Management Consultant.
The project aims to improve power distribution systems, reduce losses, and strengthen overall performance. The selected consulting firm will support MEPCO in planning, supervision, quality control, contract management, and reporting during the implementation of the project.

Project Details
The consulting services are required for the Power Distribution Strengthening Project. MEPCO will deploy advanced metering infrastructure and asset monitoring systems across its service areas. The consultant will act as Project Management Consultant and assist in supervising project activities, ensuring quality standards, and handling reporting requirements.
یہ کنسلٹنسی پاور ڈسٹری بیوشن اسٹرینتھنینگ پراجیکٹ کے لیے ہے۔ اس منصوبے میں جدید میٹرنگ اور نگرانی کے نظام متعارف کروائے جائیں گے۔ کنسلٹنٹ کو منصوبے کی نگرانی اور رپورٹنگ میں MEPCO کی مدد کرنی ہوگی۔
Eligibility and Experience Requirement
The consulting firm must have strong technical expertise with at least ten years of overall professional experience. The firm should have experience in energy, engineering, and power sector projects. Prior work on large infrastructure or power sector modernization projects will be considered an advantage.
Consultants must also demonstrate experience in project management, quality assurance, contract handling, and coordination with stakeholders. Experience with projects funded by international development banks will be preferred.
کنسلٹنٹ فرم کے پاس کم از کم دس سال کا پیشہ ورانہ تجربہ ہونا چاہیے۔ بجلی، توانائی یا انجینئرنگ کے بڑے منصوبوں پر کام کرنے کا تجربہ ضروری ہے۔ بین الاقوامی اداروں کے منصوبوں پر کام کرنے والی فرم کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔
Selection Method
The selection of the consultant will be done through Quality and Cost Based Selection method as per Asian Development Bank procurement rules. Only firms meeting the required criteria will be considered.

How to Submit Expression of Interest
Interested firms can submit their Expression of Interest online through the ADB Consultant Management System. Firms facing technical issues may also submit EOI in hard copy at MEPCO office within the given deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
دلچسپی رکھنے والی فرمیں ADB کے کنسلٹنٹ مینجمنٹ سسٹم کے ذریعے آن لائن درخواست دے سکتی ہیں۔ اگر آن لائن مسئلہ ہو تو MEPCO آفس میں ہارڈ کاپی بھی جمع کروائی جا سکتی ہے۔
Last Date
The deadline for submission of Expression of Interest is 23 February 2026. Firms submitting offline applications must ensure submission before the specified time.
